Your project.
Your information.
This page explains the information collected by the consultation form.
What the form collects
We collect the contact details, project location, preferences, message, and optional property photos you submit. Do not upload sensitive documents or photos you do not have permission to share.
How it is used
A hashed network identifier and temporary request counts are used for abuse prevention. Submitted information is stored to allow Nyx to review and respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in marketing messages.
Access and requests
Inquiry records and photos are available through a protected owner inbox. To request correction or deletion, email cj@nyxnightscapes.com. Photos will not be published as project examples without permission.
Website measurement
